I’m starting my blog today!
Up until now, I’ve been posting my work on Instagram, always worrying about algorithms and the number of Likes and followers. But over time, that started to feel suffocating, and drawing wasn’t fun anymore.
Even so, I still love drawing, and I want to keep creating! So from now on, I’m going to stop worrying about other people’s opinions, Likes, or follower counts. Instead, I want to freely share what I love — my favorite subjects, my creative process, the sources of my ideas, and the heroes who inspire me. I also want to share the origins of my cute but quirky drawing style right here on this blog.
And most importantly, this blog is also my online public scrapbook.
